Warranty and Service Guarantee
Edunx offers a limited warranty for our services, ensuring that the issues we’ve resolved remain fixed for a period of 30 days following the service date. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will address it at no additional cost. However, we do not guarantee against future issues caused by external factors, such as new software or hardware conflicts.
Termination of Services
Edunx reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any client found to be in violation of our terms or who engages in unlawful activities. If a customer requests to terminate the service, all outstanding payments for services rendered up until that point will still be due.
Customer Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to requests for information or cooperation.
- Maintain the security of their devices after service is completed.
- Ensure that backups are performed regularly for important data.

Remote Services

Service Limitations
